Module 1: Orientation and setup
What Copilot Studio Lite is, where it lives, and how it differs from full Studio. Lite is integrated inside Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. Access points: microsoft365.com/chat, office.com/chat, and Teams desktop/web.
Module 2: Build your first agent in Describe
Click Create agent and shape the name, description, and instructions with natural language. First project: a Team Onboarding Agent answering new hire FAQs.
Module 3: Configure for control and quality
Walk through Configure fields, upload icon, set description and instructions, and connect SharePoint / M365 content as grounding.
Module 4: Test, share, and support
Test your agent, iterate, then share with yourself or a small team. Includes governance + data basics (storage, commitments, entitlement).
Module 5: When to “graduate” to full Copilot Studio
When to move from Lite to full Studio for Actions, workflows, broader deployment, enterprise governance, and lifecycle management.
